This agreement contains the terms and conditions for the use of the Victory PCB Internet Site. As used in this Agreement:
(1) "we", "us", or "our" refers to Victory PCB;
(2) "you" or "your" refers to the individual or entity using the "Internet Site;
(3) "Internet Site" refers to all viewable pages (including page headers, custom graphics, button icons, links, and text), underlying program code, and accompanying services and documentation of this site; and Victory PCB has a joint marketing relationship. By accessing, browsing, and/or using this Internet Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including China laws and regulations.
1. License
Subject to this term, we grant to you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Internet Site only for managing your purchasing process, including viewing, requesting, approving and ordering products for yourself or on behalf of your company.
As a licensee of the Internet Site you may not rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer any rights you have in the use of this Internet Site. You further are not authorized to resell the purchase management and processing services of this Internet Site.
2. Inquiry
You can visit our website at any time and choose online quotation; you can also send order requirements by email (24-hour online service mail: sales@victorypcb.com), Victory PCB will get in touch with you within 12 hours.
3. Purchasing Conditions
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the policies of us in effect at the time of each order. You declare that you own the rights to the board and files delivered to us. You also agree that any duplicate or re-orders submitted are exactly the same as previous orders or new tooling costs will incur. Each of your orders is subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any or no reason. Further, we shall have the right to cancel for any reason any orders placed on our site.
Title to these items shall pass to you only upon full payment of the total price for such items. Until such full payment, you hereby grant us a purchase money security interest in such items ordered from us, and further agree to cooperate and assist us in the perfection of such interest.
4 . Acceptable Use Policy
You are responsible for providing data (including PCB files, GERBER files, BOM files, coordinate files, 3D CAD data, 2D technical drawings PCB files, assembly files and electronic related files) or your order does not include export control data.
You declare and warrant that our production, transportation, sales and use of parts or tools in response to your order does not violate any export control laws or regulations.
You declare and warrant that you will not directly or indirectly sell, export, re-export, transfer, transfer or otherwise dispose of any such products or information (including Products derived from or based on products or information obtained from Victory PCB.
You declare and warrant that you will not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or public policies; and not violate our export control policies.
If you have any questions about our acceptable use policy: allowing you to use this website and/or user content and/or our production, transportation, sales, and use of parts or tools, please do not use this website or upload your data.
If you violate the Acceptable Use Policy or any other provisions of these terms that cause liability to you, we reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review any user content and/or to take appropriate action at our sole discretion to investigate you. Such actions may include deleting or modifying your user content, terminating your account, and/or reporting you to law enforcement agencies. Your attempt to disrupt this website or disrupt the legal operation of Victory PCB business or services may violate criminal and civil laws, and if any such attempt is made; we reserve the right to seek damages from you within the maximum scope permitted by law.
5.Site Warranty
Victory PCB do not warrant that your use of the Internet site will be uninterrupted, that messages or requests will be delivered, or that the operation of the Internet site will be error-free or secure. In addition, the security mechanisms implemented by us may have inherent limitations, and you must determine yourself that the Internet site sufficiently meets your requirements. We are not responsible for your data whether residing on our or your servers.
You shall be responsible for all use of your account and maintaining the confidentiality of your password and information. We discourage your sharing of your password and account number with anyone; any such sharing shall be entirely at your own risk. Accordingly, you should select a unique, non-obvious password and change your passwords often.
6. Title
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Internet Site shall remain in Victory PCB. Copyright laws and treaties protect this Internet Site, and you shall not remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Internet Site. Through the use of this Internet Site no intellectual property rights will transfer to you.

This Internet Site is Copyright (c) 2005 Shenzhen Victory Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. , all rights reserved. Permission is hereby granted to print in hard copy portions of this Internet Site for the sole purposes of placing or approving a request or order using this Internet Site or archiving business records. Any other use of any portion of this site, including reproduction for purposes other than those specified herein, modification, distribution, or publication, are expressly prohibited without the prior written permission of Victory PCB.
8. Trademarks
Victory PCB and Victory PCB logo are trademarks of Shenzhen Victory Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. All other trademarks, service marks, product names and company names or company logos cited herein are the property of their respective owners.
9. Upgrades
We reserve the right to update and upgrade the Internet Site at our sole discretion without notice to you, including but not limited to, changing functionality, user interface, procedures, documentation, or any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We further reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained herein and in the policies by posting them on the Internet Site. If any update, upgrade or modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to discontinue your use of the Internet site. Your continued use of the Internet site following any change in our site or posting of a new agreement on our site will constitute a binding acceptance of the change.
10. Prohibition Against Modification
Under the foregoing license, you are prohibited from modifying, translating, recompiling, disassembling or reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to derive the source code for the operation of the Internet Site or creating derivative Victory PCB based on the Internet Site or parts of the Internet Site. For purposes of this Agreement, "reverse engineering" shall mean the examination or analysis of the Internet Site software to determine its source code, structure, organization, internal design, algorithms or encryption devices.
11. Termination
This license will terminate automatically upon our notice to you if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions described herein. We have the right to terminate the license of any user at any time for any or no reason. Such termination may be based solely on the discretion of us.
12. Payment terms
All payments of Victory PCB must be paid in U.S. dollars. The customer agrees to pay us the full amount of each invoice in accordance with the terms of each invoice, without offset or deduction. We will provide bank wire transfer/Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/credit card payment/account balance and other payment methods, we have the right to amend the payment method and the exchange rate of the transaction fee generated at any time without notice.
13. Delivery
Our engineers need to check your PCB documents and confirm that you have completed the payment before arranging production, so the delivery time may be affected by document correction or payment progress. The delivery date on the order is only the estimated date for reference. We will not be responsible for the failure of Victory PCB to deliver on time due to document correction or payment schedule reasons.
Except for the shipping reason of the specific order, we do not store or keep any package. If due to your personal reasons, the stranded goods, the loss or damage are caused by the failure to deliver on time, etc., we will not take the responsibility, then you need to bear the los.
14. Damaged goods
For any delay, loss or damage of the goods, please keep the relevant evidence and contact us as soon as possible. We will guide you as far as possible on remedial methods. We are not responsible for delays, losses or damages that are not the responsibility of us.
If the goods you receive have quality problems, you have the right to investigate the damage caused to you by the quality problems of the products. Send an email to sales@victorypcb.com and provide pictures of the product problems. We will inspect the problems, Both parties can negotiate replacement, discount, refund, etc. If there is a dispute between the two parties about the quality problem or whether the quality problem is caused by us, you need to provide a third-party test report for confirmation.
The refund amount caused by the damage to the goods, if you agree, we will not charge your handling fee, and the amount can be deposited into your Victory PCB account so that you can use it to purchase the product at any time. The deposited amount in your account is limited to use on our website, non-withdrawable, non-transferable.
15. Refund
For orders that are refunded due to product problems, we will return the refund to your account in the same way according to the negotiated refund amount. The bank handling fee for the refund shall be borne by you, and we shall not be responsible for any expenses other than the refund amount.
